Can I share or resell my files?
No. By purchasing our products, you agree that resale, redistribution or modification of our work is prohibited. Purchasing a product only grants the single buyer a personal use license.

Can I buy an item from a listing separately for a discounted price?
No. It will be available for purchase separately, if the item was intended to be sold separately.
How do I upload my files?
We provide a handy guide .pdf for complicated products. Message us and we'll send it over asap.
Can I get a refund?
No. In accordance with Etsy's policy, there are no refunds for digital downloads.

Do I own the rights of the product I purchased?

Can you modify/customize the product for me?
No. All products are sold in premade condition.
It will be provided as described in item description and preview images/video.
Can you change the size for me? I want to use it on another platform.
Pixel art cannot be adjusted like an SVG. It has to be redrawn pixel by pixel, and scaled only by a certain fixed ratio. For example, a 36x36px emote cannot be used in a 32x32px space. It cannot be "decreased in scale" because the pixel ratio will be corrupted and the image appear blurry. It will only be cropped off to fit that space. As such, we only provide pixel art for 1 platform requirements; Twitch.
